Our Company
BLT Hydraulic Components GmbH was founded in 2014. The company is in Schwerte (NRW), approx. 20km from Dortmund and specialized in the production and trading of drive and fluid technology.
There is an extensive warehouse of SONEX and SPLINEX drive couplings as well as hydraulic components on our premises, so that we can react quickly to urgent needs. In addition, we can mechanically process and change components in our separate production facility. We can machine bellhousings with hole patterns, drill couplings for a fit and groove them with our own broaching tools.
We also manufacture our series of NIVEX level switches on site using our own lathes and soldering stations. Here we can meet every request for length, switching points for level and temperature, and in the shortest possible time.
For temperature management of hydraulic and lubrication systems, you can rely on our tested oil/air coolers, which can also be adapted to customer requirements. Here we deliver from individual pieces to large series. We stock oil/water coolers with a very good price/performance ratio as well as all types of immersion, cartridge and tubular heaters.
In our in-house steel construction, we have every opportunity to build hydraulic tanks made of steel and stainless steel, oil pans and frames on site. We also have the latest computer-controlled welding machines from Lorch (MIG / MAG / WIG), an energy-efficient IE4 screw compressor, modern lathes, a large drilling machine and a vertical drilling machine.
Our welders are tested according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1:2017-12 (scope 135, 138 D, G, S, P).
In addition, for larger projects - in terms of volume and quantity - we have the opportunity to rely on the production of our partner company, which has, among other equipment, large welding robot systems, powder coating lines and the following certifications:
DIN ISO 9001:2015, DIN ISO 14001:2015, DIN ISO 45001:2018; EN 15085-2 Level CL1, EN 1090-1:2009, -2, EN ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2.
We monitor all processes, inspect on site, take care of all production drawings, and take over the complete logistical processing ex works Schwerte for our customers. Projects with hydraulic tank volumes of up to 11,000 liters have so far been implemented here just as conscientiously as series of hundreds of small containers.
Even after your hydraulic tanks, oil pans and frames have been delivered, our own employees are available to answer any requests for changes or problems with steel structures and can lend a hand on site with our own vehicles and welding equipment.
The tanks and sumps delivered are generally subjected to a leak test according to DIN EN ISO 3452 and DIN 54 152. All data for CNC machining is provided in-house in our own design department. We work with the Siemens Solid Edge software. We will be happy to receive your data in .stp or .dxf format.
